1. That in the above case on intervention of the elders and well-wishers from both parties to the case and out of discussions held among themselves, the de-facto complainant realized that the alleged occurrence which led for registration of the above case was without pre-meditation and rather an outcome of sudden outburst of feelings on a petty issue. Thereupon the De-facto complainant realized and compromised the matter with the accused outside the Court and not intending to proceed further with the case against the accused.

2. That the charges framed against the accused are compoundable and triable by this Hon'ble Court, as such this Hon'ble Court got ample discretionary powers to record the compromise and to acquit the accused from the charges.

Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the compromise of the parties to the case and the accused may be acquitted from the charges, in the interest of justice.
