EaseLaw.in provides digital legal-drafting services. Since all services are instantly accessible upon purchase, most payments are non-refundable.

A. Non-Refundable Services

Payments cannot be refunded for:

• AI-generated drafts
• OCR/translation services
• Subscription plans
• Credits purchased
• User mistakes in entered details
• Dissatisfaction with AI output
• Change of mind
• Unused subscription period

B. Refunds Allowed (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may be granted only for:

1. Accidental duplicate payment
2. Incorrect/wrong payment made to EaseLaw by mistake
3. Technical failure where service was NOT delivered

To request a refund:

• Provide: name, phone, email, order ID, payment proof, and reason

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days. Refund approval is completely at the discretion of EaseLaw.in.

C. No Cash Refunds

Refunds are issued only through the original payment method (Razorpay/PayU).
